A pain point is a specific problem that customers of our business are experiencing , and that is “a high intensive labourwork on reinsurance processes and human errors in that era“ and that reminded us the quote “if I had an hour to solve a problem , I would spend 55 minutes thinking about the problem and 5 minutes thinking about solutions“ by Albert Einstein . Çetin has 40+ years of insurance & reinsurance experience. After working many years in insurance & reinsurance field, he also worked in senior managements of insurance companies in Turkey. Prepared and presented reinsurance lessons to thousands of students. Served in many positions including the Vice President of TSB. Graduated from Istanbul Erkek Lisesi and Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics, Statistics and Finance department. Also published a book on reinsurance.

Nihat Tavşanlı has 40+ years of experience in insurance market. He has started as an auditor at İşbankası, then served as Deputy General Manager in Destek Reasürans. Having attended Mercantile & General, Scor, Swiss Re, Munich Re certification trainings, Tavşanlı served as the President of the Insurance Practitioners Association for 8 years. Tavşanlı has given many lectures on Reinsurance Practices at Istanbul University and also in many other insurance institutions. He still works as a reinsurance consultant at several leading companies in the industry.

In 1999, started to work in a Washington DC based software company Inslaw as a Business and Management Analyst. Worked there on several projects from design to implementation. After her return to Turkey, worked in several other companies as Analyst. Her hobbies include yoga, meditation and raising environmental awareness.
